El castillo de Burgsteinfurt, también llamado castillo de Steinfurt, es un castillo de agua en el borde del casco antiguo de Burgsteinfurt, un barrio de la ciudad de Steinfurt en la región de Münsterland. Es el antiguo castillo de agua de Westfalia y se encuentra en una isla casi circular rodeada por el río Steinfurter Aa. En la actualidad, consta de tres complejos de edificios: la parte alta del castillo, la parte baja del castillo y el molino del castillo, y a lo largo de su turbulenta historia, la construcción ha sido reformada y ampliada en numerosas ocasiones.
