Le château de Hundisburg est l'un des châteaux baroques ruraux les plus importants en Saxe-Anhalt et se situe à Hundisburg, un quartier méridional de Haldensleben. Il a été partiellement détruit par un incendie le 28 novembre 1945 et a été largement restauré à partir de 1994.
Hundisburg était décrit en 1196 comme un allod, propriété du marquisat de Brandebourg. Cette année-là, il passa sous l'archevêque Ludolph au territoire de l'archi-évêché de Magdebourg. Conformément au Chronicon Montis Sereni, Ludolph fit construire le château.
