Le régiment des transmissions 1 a été de 1956 à 2015 une unité des troupes de transmissions de l'armée de la Bundeswehr. Il était subordonné à la 1re division blindée et faisait partie des forces d'intervention de l'armée. Depuis la transformation du bataillon en régiment en 2006, c'était le seul régiment de transmissions de l'armée. Jusqu'en 1994, l'unité était stationnée à Hanovre, puis dans l'actuelle caserne von-Düring à Rotenburg.
