La gare d'Unna est la principale gare de voyageurs de la ville de district westphalienne d'Unna. D'autres stations qui sont régulièrement desservies par le transport de passagers incluent Unna-Königsborn, Unna West, Massen, Lünern et Hemmerde.
La gare a été construite en 1855 sur la ligne de chemin de fer Dortmund–Soest de la société de chemin de fer Bergisch-Märkischen Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft et équipée d'un bâtiment de gare représentatif.
