Harlesiel est une station balnéaire située au nord du village allemand de Carolinensiel, qui fait partie de la commune de Wittmund en Basse-Saxe. Harlesiel compte environ 800 habitants. Dans la ville, la Harle se jette dans la mer des Wadden. Le ferry pour Wangerooge part de cet endroit. La Bundesstraße 461 se termine à l’embarcadère des ferries.
