L'Egge de Schleptrup est une élévation de 146,9 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer (NHN) dans le quartier de Schleptrup à Bramsche, faisant partie des montagnes de Wiehen.
Au nord se trouve la Grande Tourbière à une altitude d'environ 47 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer (NHN), le canal Mittelland construit au début du 20ème siècle ainsi que le quartier de Kalkriese à Bramsche. Juste à l'est de l'Egge de Schleptrup se trouve l'autoroute fédérale 1, appelée Hansalinie.
