Le pont Augustus est le plus ancien pont de la ville de Dresde, dans l'État de Saxe en Allemagne. Il a été construit entre 1907 et 1910. En traversant la rivière Elbe, le pont routier relie l'Innere Neustadt au nord (rive droite) avec la zone historique de la ville au sud (rive gauche). Il y a eu un pont au même endroit depuis au moins le 12ème siècle. Sous le roi Auguste II le Fort de Saxe, un nouveau pont en grès a été construit entre 1727 et 1731. Ce pont a été remplacé par le pont actuel, également en grès, avec 9 arches afin de permettre une ouverture plus large pour le trafic fluvial. Il a été conçu par Wilhelm Kreis et Theodor Klette.[1] Trois lignes de tramway des Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe passent par le pont Augustus.[2]
