Le château d'Oldenbourg est l'ancienne résidence des comtes, des ducs et des grands ducs d'Oldenbourg dans la ville principale et de résidence d'Oldenbourg, aujourd'hui située dans le Land de Basse-Saxe.
La plus ancienne partie de la construction actuelle du château a servi de résidence au comte Anton Günter d'Oldenbourg de 1607 à 1667. À sa mort sans héritier légitime, la majeure partie de son territoire est tombée pendant plus de cent ans entre les mains de la maison royale danoise apparentée. Un gouverneur danois résidait alors au château.
