La tour Kaiser-Wilhelm à Eutin est une tour d'observation érigée en l'honneur de l'empereur allemand Wilhelm I. dans le quartier de Fissau à Eutin, sur une petite colline à la pointe sud du lac Keller. Elle se trouve près de la route nationale 174.
La tour est fermée et entourée d'une clôture ; elle est presque cachée par les arbres environnants. L'association du village de Fissau prévoit de rénover la tour et de la rendre à nouveau accessible au public en tant que tour d'observation.
