De Kaiser-Wilhelm-Turm in Eutin is een uitkijktoren die ter ere van de Duitse keizer Wilhelm I is gebouwd in de Eutin-district Fissau op een kleine heuvel aan de zuidpunt van het Kellermeer. Hij staat dicht bij de landweg 174.
De toren is gesloten en omheind; hij wordt bijna volledig verborgen door de omliggende bomen. De dorpsvereniging Fissau is van plan om de toren te renoveren en weer toegankelijk te maken als uitkijktoren voor het publiek.
