Le Gymnasium Hildegard-von-Bingen de Twistringen est situé dans le district de Diepholz, en Basse-Saxe, et est reconnu comme un gymnase d'État à gestion libre, étant le premier gymnase concordataire de Basse-Saxe avec une classe préparatoire. Il a été fondé en 2004 sous le nom de Gymnasium Twistringen et est sous la gestion de la fondation scolaire du diocèse d'Osnabrück depuis 2010. Après l'achèvement du bâtiment pour le cycle secondaire I en 2007, il a été agrandi en 2011 avec le bâtiment pour le cycle secondaire II et une salle de sport, et rebaptisé Gymnasium Hildegard-von-Bingen de Twistringen.
