Au moulin de Lukas dans le quartier de Gildehaus de la ville de Bad Bentheim, Am Mühlenberg 1, l'association gère l'exposition permanente de l'artiste Friedrich Hartmann, décédé en 2000.
Plus de 100 œuvres de l'artiste, réalisées avec différentes techniques de peinture, seront exposées, dont nous parlerons plus en détail par la suite.
L'association a été fondée le 14 septembre 2001.
