La gare d’Ottweiler est située au centre de la ville d’Ottweiler, dans l’État allemand de la Sarre, sur le chemin de fer de la vallée de la Nahe, qui a été ouvert en 1860. Depuis 1937, la ligne Ottweiler-Schwarzerden bifurque à Ottweiler ; Il est aujourd’hui utilisé comme chemin de fer de musée. La gare est classée par la Deutsche Bahn comme une gare de catégorie 5.
