La Valme est un affluent gauche de la Ruhr, long de 19,7 km, dans le district de Hochsauerland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, Allemagne.
La Valme prend sa source au-dessus de la Nassen Wiese sur le flanc nord de la Hunau à 775 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. De là, elle coule principalement vers le nord, traverse les localités d'Obervalme, Werdern, Ramsbeck et Heringhausen, avant de se jeter dans la Ruhr à Bestwig à 291 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, sur la gauche.
