Le tribunal de première instance de Bad Salzuflen était un tribunal de première instance situé à Bad Salzuflen jusqu'en 1977, qui était subordonné au tribunal régional de Detmold. Son district appartient depuis lors au tribunal de première instance de Lemgo.
En 1914, l'ancien tribunal de première instance de Salzuflen a été renommé tribunal de première instance de Bad Salzuflen. En raison d'un manque de personnel, depuis le milieu de juin 1943, dans le district du tribunal régional de Detmold, seuls les tribunaux de première instance de Detmold et de Lemgo étaient occupés, de sorte que le tribunal de première instance de Bad Salzuflen devait également superviser le district du tribunal de première instance d'Oerlinghausen.
