The Bad Salzuflen District Court was a district court located in Bad Salzuflen until 1977, which was subordinate to the Detmold District Court. Since then, his district has belonged to the district court of Lemgo.
In 1914, the former district court of Salzuflen was renamed the district court of Bad Salzuflen. Due to a shortage of personnel, only the district courts of Detmold and Lemgo were occupied in the district of Detmold in addition to Bad Salzuflen since mid-June 1943, so that the district court of Bad Salzuflen also had to look after the district of the district court of Oerlinghausen.
