Het Amtsgericht Bad Salzuflen was een tot 1977 in Bad Salzuflen gevestigd rechtbank, die ondergeschikt was aan het Landgericht Detmold. Zijn gebied behoort sindsdien tot het Amtsgericht Lemgo.
In 1914 werd het toenmalige Amtsgericht Salzuflen omgedoopt tot Amtsgericht Bad Salzuflen. Vanwege personeelstekort waren sinds medio juni 1943 in het rechtsgebied van het Landgericht Detmold naast Bad Salzuflen alleen de Amtsgerichte Detmold en Lemgo bezet, zodat het Amtsgericht Bad Salzuflen ook verantwoordelijk was voor het gebied van het Amtsgericht Oerlinghausen.
