Wüsten est avec 18,62 kilomètres carrés le quartier le plus vaste de la ville de Bad Salzuflen en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, dans le district de Lippe en Allemagne.
Wüsten est situé au nord-est, à environ quatre kilomètres du centre-ville de Salzuflen. Il est limitrophe au sud-ouest avec Bad Salzuflen, au sud avec les deux quartiers Ehrsen-Breden et Grastrup-Hölsen. À l'est, les quartiers de Lemgo Matorf-Kirchheide et Welstorf limitent avec Wüsten. Au nord, les quartiers de Vlotho Steinbründorf, Wehrendorf et Exter se trouvent à la frontière de la ville, qui constitue ici en même temps la frontière du district.
