La maison historique située au 7, Schützenstraße est un bâtiment classé monument historique, qui se trouve dans le centre-ville de la ville de Bergheim dans le district de Rhein-Erft en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
En 1912/13, l'ancien directeur des travaux publics de Bergheim, Walter Pechstein, a fait construire cette maison. Les plans avaient été conçus par Anton Ruland, tandis que l'exécution a été assurée par le maître d'œuvre d'Elsdorf, Heinrich Wolff. Le bâtiment a rapidement été surnommé « Villa Pechstein ». Pechstein avait d'abord été ingénieur lors de la construction de l'usine d'eau du district. En 1906, le comité du district de Bergheim lui a confié la direction de l'exploitation de l'usine. Plus tard, Pechstein a été le directeur technique des travaux publics de Bergheim.
