La chapelle catholique Saint-Hubert est un bâtiment d'église protégé par un monument historique à Ahrdorf, un quartier de la commune de Blankenheim dans le district d'Euskirchen.
À l'origine, la chapelle était dédiée à saint Valentin. Elle a été offerte en 970 à l'abbaye de Saint-Maximin à Trèves. Le comte Heinrich a établi l'acte de donation, dans lequel il est dit : « J'ai donné à saint Maximin, confesseur du Christ, à Trèves, l'église d'Üxheim avec tout son équipement, à savoir les chapelles de Barweiler, Nohn et Ahrdorf. »
