La gare de Stolberg-Atsch se trouvait dans le quartier d'Atsch à Stolberg, dans la région urbaine d'Aix-la-Chapelle. Jusqu'à la réforme territoriale de 1935, elle était située avec le village d'Atsch sur le territoire de la commune d'Eilendorf. Il ne faut pas la confondre avec la halte de Stolberg-Atsch située sur la ligne de chemin de fer Stolberg–Walheim, qui a existé de 1954 à 1960 à Schnorrenfeld.
