La Flootsmühle est un ancien moulin à eau situé sur la Nette à Nettetal-Hinsbeck, avec une roue à aubes submersible.
La Flootsmühle se trouve sur la Nette, au Herscheler Weg dans le quartier de Hinsbeck, un district de la ville de Nettetal dans le district de Viersen en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. La Nette a ici une altitude d'environ 41 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. L'entretien et la gestion de ce cours d'eau incombent à l'association Nette, qui a son siège à Nettetal.
