Le passage frontalier de la Bornholmer Straße était un passage frontalier du mur de Berlin de 1961 à 1990 ; il reliait les districts de Prenzlauer Berg et de Wedding au nord de Berlin par le Bösebrücke.
Son nom vient de sa situation sur la Bornholmer Straße, qui – nommée en 1903 d'après l'île danoise de Bornholm – traverse les anciens districts de Prenzlauer Berg et de Wedding. La Bornholmer Straße fait partie de la ceinture routière externe du plan d'urbanisme berlinois de 1862.
