Canow est un quartier de la commune de Wustrow dans le district de Mecklenburgische Seenplatte en Mecklembourg-Poméranie-Occidentale.
Canow est situé au bord sud du plateau des lacs mecklembourgeois entre Labussee et le lac de Canow et compte 160 habitants. Canow est connu comme lieu de villégiature et pour son éclusé. Le lac Labus et le lac de Canow sont reliés ici par un court tronçon de canal qui fait partie de la voie navigable Müritz-Havel.
