La tour Bismarck située dans le quartier d'Opperode à Ballenstedt est un belvédère commencé en 1914–1915 et achevé seulement en 1930–1931, sur le Stahlsberg de 270,6 m d'altitude sur le niveau de la mer dans le Harz, dans le district du Harz en Saxe-Anhalt, et fait partie des monuments Bismarck.
La tour Bismarck se trouve dans la région de Mansfelder, à la limite du parc naturel du Harz/Saxe-Anhalt. Elle est située sur le Stahlsberg, directement au sud d'Opperode, traversé par le Sauerbach, un promontoire boisé de la face nord-est du Harz.
