L'hôtel Fürst zu Stolberg, de 1946 à 1994 Hôtel Heinrich Heine, était un hôtel de luxe et un monument architectural à Schierke dans le district du Harz en Saxe-Anhalt.
L'hôtel a été construit à partir de 1898 selon les plans de l'architecte de Wernigerode Ernst Niewerth comme un hôtel de luxe dans le style réformateur typique du Harz, influencé par le paysage, et a été ouvert en 1900. Dès 1904, les capacités ont été étendues par l'ajout d'un autre aile résidentielle. L'hôtel disposait d'une propre confiserie, d'un restaurant viennois avec des tables de billard, d'un chauffage central, d'un éclairage électrique et d'une station-service. Sur le site, il y avait de nombreux courts de tennis ainsi qu'une piste de luge.
