El Hotel Fürst zu Stolberg, de 1946 a 1994 Hotel Heinrich Heine, fue un hotel de lujo y un monumento arquitectónico en Schierke, en el distrito de Harz en Sajonia-Anhalt.
El hotel fue construido a partir de 1898 según los planos del arquitecto de Wernigerode Ernst Niewerth como un hotel de lujo en el típico estilo de reforma de Harz, influenciado por el paisaje, y fue inaugurado en 1900. Ya en 1904, las capacidades se ampliaron con un nuevo ala residencial. El hotel contaba con una propia pastelería, un restaurante vienés con mesas de billar, calefacción central, iluminación eléctrica y una gasolinera. En el terreno había numerosas canchas de tenis y una pista de trineo.
