Het Hotel Fürst zu Stolberg, van 1946 tot 1994 Hotel Heinrich Heine, was een luxe hotel en monument in Schierke in de Landkreis Harz in Saksen-Anhalt.
Het hotel werd vanaf 1898 volgens de plannen van de Wernigeroder architect Ernst Niewerth gebouwd als luxe hotel in de typisch Harz-achtige, landschappelijke art nouveau stijl en werd in 1900 geopend. Al in 1904 werden de capaciteiten uitgebreid met een extra woongedeelte. Het hotel beschikte over een eigen patisserie, een Weens restaurant met biljarttafel, centrale verwarming, elektrische verlichting en een tankstation. Op het terrein waren er tal van tennisbanen en een rodellijn.
