La Cour du travail de Saxe a son siège à Chemnitz. C'est la cour d'appel et de réclamation pour les tribunaux du travail de Bautzen, Chemnitz, Dresde, Leipzig et Zwickau. Le bâtiment du tribunal est situé au 54 de la Zwickauer Straße, dans le bâtiment de l'ancienne fabrique de coffres F. E. Baum.
La cour de recours pour la Cour du travail de Saxe est la Cour fédérale du travail à Erfurt.
