Le domaine de Scharfloh est une ruine dans la commune de Südeichsfeld dans le district d'Unstrut-Hainich en Thuringe.
La ruine se trouve à environ 1,5 kilomètre au nord-ouest de Wendehausen, à l'ouest du district d'Unstrut-Hainich, près de la frontière avec le Hessen. D'autres localités voisines sont Katharinenberg le long de la route fédérale 249 au nord-est, Treffurt au sud et la ville de Wanfried dans le Hessen à l'ouest. L'endroit est situé sur le plateau de calcaire coquillé du Karnberg à environ 415 m d'altitude. À proximité se trouve, sur son point le plus élevé, Auf der Delle, une ancienne tour d'observation des troupes frontalières de la RDA.
