Le port de Mettingen était un port industriel sur le territoire de la commune de Mettingen dans le pays de Tecklenburg en Westphalie.
Le port de Mettingen se situe à cinq kilomètres au nord du centre du village, à une altitude de 50,6 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, au kilomètre 19 sud de la voie navigable fédérale du canal Mittelland, entouré d'une dense forêt. À l'ouest se trouve la route de Neuenkirchener. Un peu au nord du canal se trouve la réserve naturelle de Mettinger Moor.
