Le Pohnshalligkoog, communément appelé Pohns ou Pohnskoog, est le dernier Koog habité de la péninsule de Nordstrand. Il fait partie de la commune de Nordstrand.
La Pohnshallig, une ancienne Hallig, a été arrachée de l'île d'Alt-Nordstrand par la tempête Burchardi en 1634. Après que des terres autrefois habitées aient été redémarcées successivement aux 18e et 19e siècles et que l'île se soit progressivement étendue vers l'est, le Pohnshallig a finalement été endigué en 1924.
