La Palm’sche Haus, située sur la place du marché de Mosbach, dans le quartier de Neckar-Odenwald, dans le nord du Bade-Wurtemberg, est la plus grande et la plus magnifique maison à colombages de la ville.
Selon une inscription du bâtiment, la maison a été construite en 1610 par le maître d’œuvre Abraham Lenger pour la cave Lohrbach et le bailli du château Johann Schradmüller. Plus tard, il a été habité par Dorothea Rüdin, la veuve de la cave Schwarzach, puis il a appartenu au tailleur Fahringer, qui l’a vendu à l’abbaye de Mosbach. Son rectorat est resté dans le bâtiment pendant un certain temps avant que le marchand Eisenmann n’acquière le bâtiment. Le bâtiment tire son nom de Palm’s House d’un autre propriétaire ultérieur, le marchand Anton Palm, dont le nom est inscrit sur l’oriel d’angle.
