Le Kümmelbacher Hof est un domaine construit vers 1800 sur le Schneckenbuckel à Neckargemünd. La propriété a connu sa première extension en 1879 avec la construction de la nouvelle brasserie zum Kümmelbacher Hof. Vers 1920, le bâtiment d’origine, semblable à un château, situé sous la brasserie, est devenu le Kurhotel Kümmelbacher Hof grâce à des extensions considérables. Il a existé jusqu’au début des années 1960. Jusqu’en 1976, toute la zone appartenait à la ville de Heidelberg. Depuis 2006, la propriété est inutilisée et en délabrement.
