Le port de Ludwigshafen sur le Rhin est l'un des plus grands et des plus performants ports publics du Haut-Rhin en Rhénanie-Palatinat. Il couvre une superficie de plus de 150 ha, répartis sur plusieurs sites au sein de Ludwigshafen, et a manipulé en 2016 par voie d'eau 6,9 millions de tonnes de marchandises.
Le port de Ludwigshafen sur le Rhin est situé à la périphérie est de la ville, entre le kilomètre rhénan 419 et 432 L, à une altitude de 90 à 95 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Il comprend plusieurs parties ou bassins ; ceux-ci sont dans le sens du courant :
