La gare de Speyer Hauptbahnhof est la plus importante des deux gares de la ville de Speyer dans l'État allemand de Rhénanie-Palatinat.
La gare se trouve sur la ligne Schifferstadt–Wörth et est un arrêt pour les services Regional-Express de Mayence à Karlsruhe ainsi que pour les lignes S-Bahn S3 et S4 du S-Bahn Rhin-Neckar. Les transports publics à Speyer sont organisés par l'Association des Transports Rhin-Neckar. La gare est située à environ un kilomètre du centre-ville. Le centre-ville peut être atteint par des bus opérés par Busverkehr Rhein-Neckar en cinq minutes. Jusqu'en 1945, le chemin de fer Heidelberg–Speyer terminait également à la gare.
