Grefrath est un quartier de la ville de Neuss en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. La population est de 3455 habitants sur une superficie de 6,86 km².
Grefrath se trouve à environ 5 km au sud-ouest du centre de Neuss et est séparé de la ville par des constructions.
Au nord se trouve le petit village de Dirkes et un peu plus loin Kaarst-Büttgen. À l'est se trouve le quartier de Lanzerath ainsi que la salle de ski. Au sud, Grefrath est délimité par la B 230, sous laquelle passe un tunnel vers Röckrath. À l'ouest se trouve Korschenbroich-Lüttenglehn.
