Mittelndorf est un village allemand de 500 habitants situé dans la commune de Kirnitzschtal. Il appartient à l’arrondissement des Monts Métallifères de Saxe en Saxe, en Saxe, et est l’un des 5 villages qui composent la commune.
Le village est situé dans le contexte naturel de la Suisse saxonne, non loin des rives de la rivière Kirnitzsch. Il est situé le long de la route S 154 à mi-chemin entre les autres hameaux de sa commune tels qu’Altendorf et Lichtenhain, et la ville se développe sur le côté sud de la route. De Sebnitz et Bad Schandau, il y a environ 8 km, 25 de Pirna, 27 de Děčín et environ 50 de Dresde.
