Le bâtiment Weinhaus Uhle à Schwerin, dans le quartier de la vieille ville, Schusterstraße 13/15 et à l'angle de la Enge Straße 8, est un monument historique à Schwerin.
Dans les bâtiments néoclassiques de trois et quatre étages construits en 1905 selon les plans de l'architecte berlinois Georg Roensch, le restaurant de vin Uhle a été ouvert en 1906. La voûte en berceau remarquable du restaurant est richement décorée. Le logo de la maison a été tissé dans les tapis du restaurant sous forme de Uhle.
