Le bâtiment de l’Autenweiler Straße 1 à Bermatingen, une commune du district du lac de Constance dans le Bade-Wurtemberg, a été construit entre 1780 et 1800. Le bâtiment allongé à colombages de deux étages avec un toit en croupe est un monument culturel protégé.
Le bâtiment se compose d’une partie résidentielle avec un couloir, une écurie et une aire de battage et est situé sous les avant-toits de l’Autenweiler Straße et du côté pignon de la Salemer Straße. Immédiatement à côté se trouve l’ancienne cour féodale du monastère de Salem.
