Mulknitz est un village et une ancienne commune allemande du district de Spree-Neisse, dans le Brandebourg. Jusqu’à son incorporation le 6 décembre 1993, Mulknitz était une municipalité indépendante.
Mülknitz est situé en Basse-Lusace. Les villages voisins sont Bohrau au nord, Naundorf au nord-est, Sacro à l’est, la ville de Forst au sud-est, Klein Jamno au sud et Gosda, qui appartient à la municipalité de Wiesengrund, au sud-ouest. À l’ouest de Mulknitz se trouve la mine de lignite à ciel ouvert de Jänschwalde.
