Mulknitz, Nedersorbisch Małksa, is een deelgemeente van de stad Forst in de Brandenburgse Landkreis Spree-Neiße. Tot de samenvoeging op 6 december 1993 was Mulknitz een zelfstandige gemeente.
Mulknitz ligt in de Neder-Lausitz. Buurgemeenten zijn Bohrau in het noorden, Naundorf in het noordoosten, Sacro in het oosten, de stad Forst in het zuidoosten, Klein Jamno in het zuiden en Gosda, dat bij de gemeente Wiesengrund hoort, in het zuidwesten. Ten westen van Mulknitz ligt de bruinkoolgroeve Jänschwalde.
