Mulknitz, nedersorbisk Małksa, er en bydel i byen Forst i den brændburgske Landkreis Spree-Neiße. Indtil sammenlægningen den 6. december 1993 var Mulknitz en selvstændig kommune.
Mulknitz ligger i Niederlausitz. Naboer til byen er Bohrau mod nord, Naundorf mod nordøst, Sacro mod øst, byen Forst mod sydøst, Klein Jamno mod syd samt det til kommunen Wiesengrund hørende Gosda mod sydvest. Vest for Mulknitz ligger brunkulsudvindingen Jänschwalde.
