La brasserie privée Stöttner est une brasserie située à Mallersdorf-Pfaffenberg, en Basse-Bavière, dans le district de Straubing-Bogen, en Allemagne. En 2008, la brasserie avait une production annuelle de 13 000 hectolitres, qui comprend une auberge avec un café en plein air et, depuis novembre 2019, le Stöttner Markt & Bierbar.
Johann et Michael Winzierl ont été les fondateurs de la brasserie en 1832. Après plusieurs transmissions et ventes, Karl Stöttner acquiert l’entreprise en 1892. Depuis lors, il appartient aux Stöttner.
