Kleinkarolinenfeld est un village et une ancienne commune allemande située dans l’arrondissement de Munich en Bavière. Le 1er mai 1978, le hameau a été intégré à l’ancienne commune d’Helfendorf par la réforme municipale de la commune d’Aying.
La colonie de Kleinkarolinenfeld a été fondée en 1802 dans le cadre d’une refondation planifiée par l’installation de colons protestants du Palatinat et du pays de Bade. Le village colonial de Kleinkarolinenfeld a été nommé, comme Großkarolinenfeld, d’après la deuxième épouse Max IV Joseph, la princesse Caroline de Bade.
