Le château d'eau de Hehlen à Hehlen, dans le district de Holzminden, est un château d'eau construit à des fins de représentation, considéré comme l'un des premiers châteaux dans le style de la Renaissance de Weser. Le château a été construit de 1579 à 1584 par le colonel Fritz von der Schulenburg et sa femme Ilse von Saldern. Il est resté la propriété de la famille von der Schulenburg jusqu'en 1956. En 1958, il a été acquis par le propriétaire de l'entreprise Machwitz Kaffee de Hanovre, dont la famille le possède encore aujourd'hui.
