Hausen est un village et une ancienne commune allemande de la Hesse, située dans l’arrondissement de Schwalm-Eder. L’endroit est une station balnéaire approuvée par l’État. Avec environ 650 habitants, c’est le plus grand quartier de la commune d’Oberaula.
Hausen se trouve au sud-ouest de la communauté centrale d’Oberaula sur le Häuserbach. Le village est encadré par des élévations qui appartiennent aux contreforts des montagnes Knüll : le Döhnberg, le Kirschenwald et le Räuberswald. Les routes nationales 3157 et 3294 se rejoignent dans le village.
