Schötmar est un quartier de Bad Salzuflen dans le district de Lippe, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Avec 9108 habitants, c'est le deuxième plus grand quartier de la ville.
En 1231, à l'occasion d'une réorganisation du diocèse de Paderborn, un document a été établi concernant l'appartenance de Scutemere. Dans la seconde moitié du 14ème siècle, les seigneurs de Lippe ont construit un château à Schötmar, qui a été abandonné à la fin du Moyen Âge. Il ne reste aujourd'hui aucune trace visible de l'édifice appelé « Nyggenborch » ou communément « Wewelsburg », qui se trouvait à proximité immédiate de l'église de Kilians.
