La réserve naturelle de Siegaue se situe sur le territoire de la ville de Hennef dans le district de Rhein-Sieg en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
La zone, composée de deux parties, s'étend entre Buisdorf, un quartier de Sankt Augustin à l'ouest, et Merten, situé à l'est le long de la Sieg. À Allner, un quartier de la ville de Hennef, l'A 560 traverse le territoire, tandis que l'A 3 passe à l'ouest.
