Jusqu'au 1er janvier 2007, la municipalité de Juelsminde était une municipalité du comté de Vejle sur la côte est de la péninsule du Jutland dans le centre du Danemark. La municipalité incluait l'île de Hjarnø et couvrait une superficie de 240 km². Elle avait une population totale de 15 555 habitants. Son dernier maire était Peter Schmidt Hansen, membre du parti politique Venstre. La ville principale et le siège de son conseil municipal était la ville de Juelsminde.
